Idea Generation – Business Model Method

One of the best methods for coming up with a great business idea is to start with a massively successful business model and find new applications to apply it to.

In this session, we will choose 3 business models of interest from the list of most popular business models. After identifying the key characteristics of this model and observing the existing applications of this model applied, we will brainstorm applications of our own.
